Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is unsealed, defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Since our products are related to food, beverage, and grocery items; we don't accept returns and refunds for opened, consumed items. Unless the product's content is in bad condition upon opening it. Such an event will only be honored for return/refund/replacement if reported immediately upon discovery. We will also require a photo or video proof.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through GCash. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
